Common questions

What counts as a "unit"?
Any distinct Section 8 rental address you're tracking in VoucherBase. One apartment in a building = one unit. A duplex with two Section 8 tenants = two units.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Cancel from your billing portal at any time — you keep access until the period ends.
What happens if I go over my unit limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Your data is always safe — we never delete anything when you're over the limit, just gently block adding new units.
Is there a free trial?
The dashboard is fully functional. Try it at /dashboard before subscribing. A trial with full data persistence is on the roadmap.
Do you support project-based Section 8 (PBV)?
